Get Unstuck is not a blog. It is not a newsletter. It is a body of work in progress — organised around how understanding is built, not around when things were published.
Why Get Unstuck exists
Most leadership writing stops after the argument. It tells you what to think. It rarely helps you do something different on Monday.
Get Unstuck is built around a different premise: reading is not installation. An idea that stays in your head is not yet useful. The platform is designed to take ideas all the way to capability — through articles that build the argument, drills that practice it, and laws that compress it into something you can carry.
Everything here is drawn from 25 years of building organisations from the inside. Not observed. Carried. The failures informed the theories as much as the successes.
Five theories — what they explain
The platform is organised around theories — explanatory systems that describe why reality behaves the way it does. Each theory answers one enduring question. Each has been tested outside the domain where it was first observed.
How the knowledge is organised
Every piece of content has exactly one intellectual responsibility.
Where to begin
Start with what you are trying to understand. The navigation is organised around capability, not publication date.
What to expect
This is a platform in active development. Theories carry version numbers — they evolve as evidence accumulates. Some theories have published applications. Others are in ideation. The architecture exists before the content fills it.
Everything here is free to read. No email gate. No paywall. No productivity hacks. No management clichés. Just better ways of seeing — built slowly, from evidence.
The standard that governs everything published here is described at The Standard.
Come train how you think. Not just what you know.
